Job Description

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts to ensure timely transactions for vendors and clients.

Financial Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and journals, ensuring proper coding and documentation.

Financial Reporting:

Assist in preparing various financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and budget forecasts.

Bank Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements, monitor financial transactions, and resolve any discrepancies.

Payroll Support:

Help process payroll by verifying employee hours and other relevant deductions.

Administrative Tasks:

Perform general administrative duties like filing, data entry, managing mail, and handling phone calls and emails.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant financial regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
