Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and B2B clients.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to guide strategic decisions.
Promotions & Product Launches:
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams during new product launches.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Analyze sales data to optimize account strategies and improve ROI.
Trade Marketing & Merchandising:
Ensure proper product visibility and brand representation in retail outlets.
Liaise with merchandising teams to implement visual merchandising standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in sales/account management in the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of current beauty trends and consumer behavior.
Understanding of branding and positioning in the cosmetics industry.
