Maintain and update general ledger and accounts-related records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closings.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/customers.
Assist with audits, tax filings, and financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
Support senior accountants and finance managers in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
