Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally or ERP systems).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Monitor and reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure timely submission of statutory returns (e.g., GST, TDS, VAT depending on the region).
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager.
