Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Accounting & Book-keeping:

Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions. Handle accounts payable/receivable entries, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups. Assist in bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.

Billing & Documentation:

Generate and issue client invoices as per project milestones and contract. Ensure timely submission of GST returns and compliance with tax regulations.. Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Financial Support:

Assist in the preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and project-wise cost tracking. Support senior accountants with month-end and year-end closing activities. Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and budget control.

Vendor & Client Coordination:

Handle basic communication with vendors and clients related to billing and payments. Maintain updated records of client and vendor accounts.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills.

Pay: ?10,404.86 - ?15,000.00 per month
