Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment collection. Maintain office accounts, including accounts payable and receivable. Record and reconcile daily financial transactions. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in accounts/finance role Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar). Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial record keeping. Good communication and client follow-up skills. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
