Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Handle petty cash and day-to-day bookkeeping
Assist in audits and implement audit recommendations
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry and reporting
Collaborate with other departments as needed for financial information
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or hands-on experience in a finance/accounting role
Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations
Pursuing or completed certification (e.g., CA Inter, ACCA, CMA) is a plus
