role where you will grow existing accounts, lead new client acquisition, and play a critical role in delivering strategic value across web, creative, tech, and brand services.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Act as the single point of contact for your clients; manage communication, resolve issues, and build trust
Analyse client pain points and enable outcome-driven solutions
Lead strategy and execution for web, mobile, brand, or marketing goals based on client needs
Build, research, and design pitch decks and strategic presentations end-to-end
Convert inbound leads; own the full client acquisition process from first interaction to onboarding
Collaborate with marketing on client acquisition strategies
Ensure smooth internal coordination with marketing, design, and tech teams to meet client goals
Drive smart reporting and highlight measurable value to clients
Monitor project progress and ensure strategic alignment with client goals
Proactively introduce new ideas, service lines, or upgrades to existing clients based on data and opportunity
Negotiate contracts and pricing confidently
Manage internal work orders and project workflows across teams
Ensure client retention, satisfaction, and increased CLTV
Who We're Looking For:
Excellent communicator (written + verbal) with a natural ability to build rapport
Proven experience in handling multiple accounts and high-pressure deadlines
Strong at storytelling and presenting complex ideas in simple formats
Prior experience in an agency, creative studio, branding, marketing, or tech consulting setup
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Solid experience working with Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets
Consistently meets or exceeds targets and client expectations
