Job Description

An Account Executive in an IT company is primarily responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Sales and Business Development:

Account Planning:



Developing and executing account plans aligned with client goals and company objectives.

Product/Service Knowledge:



Thoroughly understanding the company's IT products and services to effectively address client needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Customer Support:



Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Collaboration:



Working closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure client needs are met and to enhance the overall client experience.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:



Monitoring and analyzing account performance, tracking key metrics, and reporting on progress to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Understanding of IT concepts and technologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
