Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams.
Understand client needs and propose relevant products/services.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Account Management:
Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to client requirements.
Manage the complete sales cycle - from inquiry to closure.
Track account metrics (e.g., client satisfaction, revenue, project delivery).
Coordination & Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, production, service) to fulfill client expectations.
Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
Prepare regular reports on account status.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain records of client communications and transactions.
Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
