Accounts Executive

to support our day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journals, etc.) Handle accounts payable and receivable Prepare GST data and assist in monthly GST filings Maintain records of TDS and assist with TDS returns Reconcile bank statements and vendor ledgers Support in payroll processing and employee reimbursements Assist in preparing reports for internal and external audits Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for documentation Travel within the city for work

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com degree (or equivalent in finance/accounting) 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Good organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
