We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Accounts Executive

to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in managing day-to-day accounting operations including

Accounts Payable

,

Accounts Receivable

,

Balance Sheet Finalization

,

GST

, and

TDS

compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

Accounts Receivable

and follow-up with clients for timely collections. Handle

Accounts Payable

, including invoice verification and vendor payments. Assist in

finalization of accounts

and preparation of

Balance Sheet

. Reconciliation of bank statements, ledgers, and vendor accounts. Ensure timely and accurate

GST filing

and compliance. Deduct, deposit, and file

TDS

returns as per statutory requirements. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies. Assist in internal and statutory audits. Generate periodic financial reports for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com qualification. 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in core accounting functions. Strong knowledge of

Tally ERP

,

MS Excel

, or any accounting software (SAP, Zoho, etc.). Good understanding of

GST, TDS

, and other statutory compliances. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
