Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting and financial tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial records and support overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and maintain customer invoices on a daily basis. Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records. Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Review and manage creditor and debtor statements. Reconcile ledgers to ensure completeness and accuracy. Assist in TDS computation, preparation, and return filing. Maintain proper documentation related to taxation and compliance. Support the finance team with routine financial and administrative tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:



Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

Additional knowledge of Zoho Books will be a great advantage.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
