We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and demonstrate exceptional skills in warm calling, negotiation, and market analysis. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients while leveraging your expertise in Salesforce to manage accounts effectively.

Duties

Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve targets. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead generation and account management. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics. Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and client requirements. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop strategic approaches for client acquisition. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
