Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, assisting in financial reporting, and supporting internal and external audit processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions including sales, quotations, purchases, and expenses. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Handle GST filing and TDS filing, ensuring timely submissions. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Support internal and external audit processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation (GST, TDS), and company policies. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in finance or accounting is a plus. Hands-on experience and strong working knowledge of GST filing is necessary. Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data entry, reporting). Familiarity with accounting software. Basic understanding of taxation (GST, TDS) and accounting principles, including GST filing and TDS filing. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a fast-paced, creative team.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
