Urgent Opening with our Client HVAC Industry looking for Account Executive professionals.

About The Company :-

Our client company is the HVAC industry.

Designation: - Account Executive

Education: - B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter or equivalent

Experience: - 2 - 4 yrs

Job location: - Pune (Pirangut)

Salary: - As Per Industry

Facility: transport allowances within 30 km from company

Industry Area: - HVAC, Cooling Tower and related fields

1. Accounting and Financial Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including sales, purchase, and expense entries ensuring compliance with accounting standards, GST & TDS regulations.

- Experience in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports will be an added advantage

2. Tally and Accounting Systems:

- Manage and maintain accounts is Tally ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.

- Manage cost centre accounting, including allocation and absorption of costs.

- Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

3. Cost Center Accounting and Product Costing:

- Determine product costs, including material, labor, and overhead costs.

- Analyse and report on cost variances and trends.

4. Inventory Management:

- Manage inventory records, including physical inventory count, valuation and variance analysis.

- Accounting of material inward, material outward, accounting of manufacturing BOQs, etc.

- Ensure accurate inventory reporting and reconciliation.

5. Import-Export:

- Manage import-export documentation, including bill of entry, shipping bills and preparation of Certificate of Origin.

Requirements:

- Education: B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter or equivalent, with a degree in Commerce or Finance.

- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a manufacturing company.

- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Tally and accounting systems.

- Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, and import-export procedures.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

- Experience in preparation of financial statements & MIS reports, product costing will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
