Job Posting: Account Executive - Logistics Industry

Company: Pacific Maritime Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Bopal, Ahmedabad

Experience: 1 to 2 years (Logistics industry preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Handling day-to-day accounting operations.

Maintaining records of invoices, payments, and expenses.

Preparing financial reports and assisting in tax compliance.

Reconciling bank statements and accounts.

Coordinating with vendors and clients for payments.

Assisting in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

Working with ERP software for accounting and financial management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.

1 to 2 years of experience in accounting (preferably in logistics).

Proficiency in ERP software, Tally, and MS Excel.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.

Good communication and analytical skills.
