The Accounts Executive in a school is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, assisting in fee collection, and supporting the overall financial operations of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance
Manage student fee collection, receipts, and reconciliation
Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements
Assist in preparing budgets, audits, and financial analysis
Coordinate with banks for deposits, payments, and account statements
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and school policies
Support the school administration in finance-related matters
Maintain vendor bills and staff reimbursements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting
1-3 years of relevant experience preferred (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)
Knowledge of Tally/Accounting software
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
