We are looking for a proactive and organized Account Executive - Digital Marketing to manage client accounts, coordinate digital campaigns, and ensure timely delivery of marketing activities. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to drive successful digital marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable digital strategies
Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Design, Content)
Ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables
Prepare campaign reports and present performance insights to clients
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
Handle client communications, meetings, and follow-ups
Ensure client satisfaction and support account retention and growth
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or account management
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Ads, Email Marketing)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Skills:
Experience in both digital and mainline marketing is preferred.
Knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM tools
