Track expenses, cash flow, and outstanding receivables/payables
Generate monthly MIS reports using
Excel / Google Sheets
Work on
Zoho Books / Zoho Finance
for billing and accounting
Coordinate with auditors and CA for statutory compliances
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of
GST procedures & filing
Basic understanding of
ITR filing process
Hands-on experience with
Zoho Books / Zoho Finance
Proficiency in
Excel & Google Sheets
(pivot tables, formulas preferred)
Knowledge of TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation
Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Qualification & Experience
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in accounting (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
Experience in agency / service-based business is an added advantage
