Job Summary



The Account Executive is responsible for managing daily financial operations of the hotel, including handling accounts receivable/payable, revenue reconciliation, billing, and ensuring compliance with hotel accounting standards. The role supports smooth financial functioning by maintaining accurate records, preparing statements, and assisting with audits.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounts Receivable & Payable



Maintain and update all receivable and payable records. Prepare and send invoices to travel agents, corporate clients, and vendors. Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Verify vendor bills, process payments, and maintain proper documentation.

2. Daily Financial Operations



Perform daily revenue reconciliation for Rooms, F&B, Banquet, and other outlets. Post journal entries, verify cash deposits, and update accounting software. Check and match night audit reports with system postings.

3. Billing & Documentation



Prepare accurate bills for guests, events, and corporate bookings. Maintain proper filing of invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents. Ensure GST compliance and assist in monthly tax filings.

4. Reporting & Analysis



Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and MIS reports. Track billing discrepancies and resolve issues with relevant departments. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.

5. Coordination & Support



Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Banquet teams for billing clarifications. Assist during internal and external audits by providing required information. Maintain confidentiality of hotel financial data.

Requirements & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in hotel accounts preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hotel PMS/ERP systems. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
