Job Summary:



Leveza Foods Pvt. Ltd., a growing manufacturer and trading of frozen and breaded food products, is looking for a dedicated

Account Executive

to handle daily accounting operations, documentation, and reporting. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy in financial entries, and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth financial functioning.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Daily Accounting & Documentation



Record day-to-day accounting transactions such as purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Maintain proper documentation for all accounting records and vouchers. Handle petty cash, journal entries, and ensure timely data entry in Tally. Assist in preparation of sales invoices, purchase bills, and debit/credit notes.

2. Reconciliation & Reporting



Prepare and verify bank reconciliation statements. Reconcile supplier and customer ledgers on a regular basis. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Generate daily and monthly accounting reports as required.

3. Inventory & Cost Support



Coordinate with the production and stores team for daily stock updates. Record raw material issues, production consumption, and finished goods entries. Support monthly stock valuation and reconciliation.

4. Taxation & Statutory Compliance



Assist in preparation and filing of

GST returns

and

TDS statements.

Maintain records for audit purposes and coordinate with auditors. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.

5. Coordination



Liaise with vendors and customers for payment follow-ups and reconciliations. Coordinate with internal departments (purchase, production, sales, HR) for accounting entries and supporting data.

Qualifications & Skills:



B.Com / M.Com with 1-3 years of accounting experience. Experience in

FMCG / Food Processing / Manufacturing industry

preferred. Proficiency in

Tally ERP, Excel

, and basic accounting principles. Knowledge of

GST, TDS, and invoice processing.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:



Exposure to accounting in frozen foods, breaded items, or FMCG trading companies. Familiarity with production cost entries, stock reconciliation, and cold storage charges will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
