Maintain and update Petty Cash Reconciliation with proper documentation.
Monitor and record day-to-day financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Reconcile daily bank transactions and resolve discrepancies
Ensure timely data entry in accounting software.
Assist in monthly closing and report preparation.
Maintain and manage Zoho Books
Record all day-to-day financial transactions, including admissions, fees, and expenses.
Prepare and reconcile student fee reports and follow up on pending payments.
Handle petty cash and maintain proper records.
Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy in transactions.
Support in monthly closing, reports, and audits.
Coordinate with academic and admin teams for accounts-related tasks.
