The Account Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, preparing invoices, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with reconciliations. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper posting to ledgers.
Prepare and post
journal entries
for expenses, revenue, accruals, and adjustments.
Handle
accounts payable
and
accounts receivable
functions.
Generate and process invoices
, bills, and receipts in a timely manner.
Maintain and update accounting records and files (manual and electronic).
Perform
bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
regularly.
Assist in
monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
activities.
Ensure
data entry accuracy
in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books, etc.).
Support preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial documentation and payment follow-ups.
Assist the finance team in audits and compliance-related work.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
