Job Summary

We are looking for an

Accounts Executive

with

2+ years of hands-on experience

in

QuickBooks

and practical exposure to both

US accounting

and

Indian (domestic) accounting

. The ideal candidate must be

based in Bangalore

, able to

join immediately

, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting activities using

QuickBooks

Handle

US accounting processes

, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end close Manage

Indian accounting

including GST entries, TDS, and statutory compliance support Perform

bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations

Prepare financial reports such as

P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements

Support

month-end and year-end closing activities

Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (CA / US accountants) Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely bookkeeping

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience

in accounting/bookkeeping

Mandatory hands-on experience with QuickBooks

Exposure to

US accounting

(GAAP basics, AP/AR, reconciliations) Exposure to

Indian accounting

(GST, TDS, statutory entries) Strong knowledge of

accounting principles

Proficiency in

MS Excel

Ability to join

immediately

Must be

based in Bangalore

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience working with

US clients

Knowledge of

month-end close

and reporting Prior experience in a

CA firm or accounting services company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
