The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, supporting statutory compliance, and assisting in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounts entries in Tally / ERP.
Prepare and record vouchers: payment, receipt, journal, and contra.
Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts.
Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
Billing & Payments
Prepare sales invoices and purchase entries.
Follow up on receivables and outstanding payments.
Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
Statutory Compliance
Assist in GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
Maintain GST records, invoices, and reconciliations.
Assist in TDS calculations and returns.
Support audits (internal, statutory, GST).
Payroll & Expenses
Assist in payroll processing.
Maintain salary registers and attendance data.
Verify expense claims and supporting documents.
Reporting & Records
Prepare MIS reports as required.
Maintain proper filing of accounts documents.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
1-4 years of experience in accounts.
Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting standards.
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
