The ideal candidate must have strong accounting skills, experience in payroll handling, and the ability to coordinate with school principals, HR, and the finance team.
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management
Prepare monthly salary statements for all teachers and school staff.
Maintain attendance, leaves, and late marks received from schools.
Calculate arrears, deductions, advances, overtime, etc.
Process payroll accurately and on time every month.
Ensure PF, ESI, PT and statutory deductions are calculated correctly.
Accounting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of employee salary agreements.
Update staff service registers and KYC details.
Handle reimbursements, incentives, and on-duty payments.
Coordinate with HR for new joiners, resignations, and F&F settlements.
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Compliance & Reporting
Prepare monthly payroll MIS for management.
Prepare PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and GST-related data as required.
Coordinate with auditors during school audits.
Ensure all payroll data is confidential and error-free.
