We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Chartered Accountancy Firm.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of accounting, GST, and TDS compliances, coupled with practical experience in preparing reconciliations and financial statements. The incumbent will work closely with senior professionals to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant deliverables for diverse clients across industries.

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/other accounting software.
- Ensure proper classification and posting of journal entries.
- Handle bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.

2. GST Compliance
- Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns).
- Perform GST reconciliations (books vs. GSTR-2B/3B, ITC mismatches, vendor reconciliation).
- Assist in GST audits and departmental queries.

3. TDS Compliance
- Preparation and filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, etc.).
- Monthly TDS reconciliations and correction statements (if any).
- Track TDS payments and ensure timely compliance with due dates.

4. Financial Statements & Reporting
- Assist in preparation of financial statements as per Companies Act, 2013 and Income-tax Act.
- Support statutory and tax audit assignments.
- Preparation of management reports and schedules.

5. Reconciliations & Documentation
- GST and TDS reconciliation on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Vendor/customer ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain compliance records and working papers in audit-ready format.

6. Support to Seniors & Clients
- Coordinate with clients for data collection, clarifications, and compliance updates.
- Provide assistance in resolving accounting, GST, and TDS-related queries.
- Support partners/managers in special assignments (tax assessments, due diligence, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
