Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journal vouchers.
Prepare and maintain general ledger and bank reconciliation.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist in preparation of balance sheet, profit & loss statements, and MIS financial reports.
File and manage
GST returns, TDS
, and other statutory compliances.
Support in monthly and yearly closing and coordinate with auditors.
Maintain proper documentation and record keeping of financial transactions.
Assist management in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
or equivalent qualification.
4-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of
Tally ERP, Zoho, MS Excel
, and basic accounting principles.
Good understanding of
GST, TDS
, and other statutory requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
