Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Accounts Executive

to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting activities including billing, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate journal entries Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, and follow up on outstanding invoices Preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns Manage petty cash and maintain related records

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or related field) 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance Proficient in Tally ERP Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools Good understanding of taxation, invoicing, and compliance requirements Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in industry-specific accounting, e.g. services, Fintech Working knowledge of Tally - ERP systems
