Maintain accurate data entry of invoices, bills, and vouchers.
Assist in preparing ledgers, bank reconciliation, and petty cash records.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry of GST, TDS-related transactions.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Support the accounts team in generating reports from Tally.
Should be aware of E-way bills and E-invoices.
Requirements:
Qualification: B.Com / Diploma in Accounting (preferred).
Min 2 years
of experience in data entry or accounting.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP
and
MS Excel
.
Basic knowledge of accounting terms and practices.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in a
retail/E-commerce
is an advantage.
Knowledge of GST entries will be useful.
