We are looking for a driven and experienced

Enterprise Account Executive

to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in scaling our sales engine and working directly with the founders to drive significant growth. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to have a massive impact in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.

What You'll Do



Own the Sales Pipeline:

Manage the entire sales cycle, from the initial qualified meeting to a closed deal. You'll be the first point of contact, taking ownership of the prospect journey and optimizing each step to drive conversions.

Lead with Expertise:

Conduct compelling product demos and discovery calls, working with our Customer Success and Engineering teams to create custom solutions that showcase Zenskar's value.

Navigate Complex Deals:

Manage pilots and long sales cycles with exceptional project management and proactiveness. Your ability to coordinate internally and externally will be key to steering deals to victory.

Close and Implement:

Negotiate contracts, demonstrate Zenskar's value against competitors, and work with our Solutions and Engineering teams to ensure a smooth implementation and go-live.

Exceed Quotas:

Consistently beat your sales targets and maintain a clean CRM to provide clear pipeline visibility.

Be a Customer Champion:

Advocate for customer needs and provide valuable feedback to our Product, Design, and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

Who You Are



You have

3-8 years of experience

in

B2B Tech / SaaS sales

, with a strong focus on enterprise and mid-market customers. You have a proven track record of consistently exceeding a minimum

annual sales quota of $250k+

, with average deal sizes of

$20k+

. You have

direct experience selling to global markets

(APAC, US, UK, or similar).

India and Middle East-only experience will not be considered.

You have a solid understanding of sales methodologies like

MEDDPICC

. You are a

self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset

, thriving in the fast-paced, uncertain environment of an early-stage startup. You have strong project management skills and the hustle to drive deals to close.

You are willing to work in the US time zone (starting around 4 am IST) on weekdays

, as the majority of our clients are based in the US. We offer flexibility on when you start your afternoon and take breaks. Your current total CTC (fixed + variable) is

above 30L.
