Maintain day-to-day financial transactions including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations.
Manage GST filings, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliances.
Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims.
Assist with the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor and track project-wise costing, expenses, and revenue.
Coordinate with external auditors during audits and support internal control improvements.
Maintain vendor and contractor accounts and ensure timely payments.
Keep up-to-date records of all accounting documentation as per company policies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred)
3-4 years of proven work experience as an Accountant
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software
Experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance
Good analytical and numerical skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
