What do we look for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Accounts executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and preparation of financial records. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. You will gain practical experience in various accounting functions and develop your skills under the guidance of senior staff.

Responsibilities and Duties:
? Assist in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and reports. ? Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
? Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of accounting data.
? Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved.
? Process accounts payable and receivable.
? Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
? Support month-end and year-end close processes.
? Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial information.
? Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
? Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

Whom do we look for?

? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
? Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
? Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
? Familiarity in using Tally.
? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
