We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated
Account Executive
to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth coordination with vendors regarding payments. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally, strong accounting knowledge, and good communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
day-to-day accounting operations
in Tally.
Record and manage
purchase and sales entries
accurately.
Perform
data entry, reconciliation, and balance sheet preparation
.
Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements.
Coordinate with vendors for
payment follow-ups, invoices, and related queries
.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Support management in audits, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proficiency in
Tally ERP/Prime
and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong understanding of
purchase, sales, and balance sheet entries
.
Good communication skills in
English
(written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Minimum
1-3 years of accounting experience
preferred.
Work Environment:
In-office role
at Bandra BKC.
Timings:
10:00/10:30 AM - 6:00 PM
(Monday to Saturday)
