Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP).
Process payroll and ensure salary disbursement.
Liaise with auditors during internal and external audits.
Maintain petty cash and oversee expense reimbursements.
Maintain and update employee records including attendance, leave, and personal information.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven experience in accounting and HR administration roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP and MS Office tools.
Knowledge of HRMS/Payroll software is a plus.
Strong understanding of financial regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
