Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
Understand client needs and objectives to offer appropriate solutions and services.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
Manage client accounts, monitor account performance, and ensure achievement of sales/revenue targets.
Handle client queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities.
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and upsell additional products or services.
Prepare regular reports on account status and progress to management.
