Accounts Executive

. Who can manage accounting function and tally Prime Edit log while also overseeing

day- to-day

floor /Office Operation

. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, smooth coordination between departments, and efficient operational Management.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, vouchers, and ledgers Handle accounts payable & receivable Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks Monitor expenses, budgets, and cash flow

Floor / Office Management

Supervise floor operations and ensure smooth daily workflow Coordinate with reception, admin, and support staff Act as a point of contact between management and floor staff Handle vendor coordination and basic administrative duties

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation Experience with accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred) Good leadership and team-handling skills Strong communication and coordination abilities Ability to multitask and handle operational responsibilities

Preferred Candidate

Exposure to both accounting and operations management Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
