to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting for our fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting activities including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations and internal controls.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams as needed.
Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar).
Strong Excel and data management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, VAT, or local tax regulations (as applicable).
Experience in audits and statutory filings.
