Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting entries in
Zoho Books
and
Tally Prime
Prepare vouchers, journal entries, and ledger accounts
Handle
GST returns
(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and GST reconciliation
Manage
TDS deduction, return filing, and compliance
Perform
bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
Coordinate with auditors and consultants as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Com or equivalent qualification
2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of
Zoho Books and Tally Prime
Clear understanding of accounting concepts and statutory compliance
Good working knowledge of
GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes
Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy
