We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and hands-on experience in managing accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliation
Monitor incoming payments and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding invoices
Maintain accurate records of all receivables and prepare regular reports
Coordinate with internal departments and clients to resolve discrepancies
Support month-end closing activities related to AR
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable (AR) role
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.)
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
