Record

Handle
bank reconciliation

credit card reconciliation
on a regular basis.
Monitor
inventory accounting
, vendor payments, and stock valuation reports.
Prepare and maintain
GST records
, and assist in monthly/quarterly GST filings.
Support
TDS calculations
,
PF/ESI entries
, and other statutory compliances.
Generate
P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance
, and other financial reports as required.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and the finance head for closing activities.
Maintain organized and updated records of all vouchers, receipts, and invoices.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong working knowledge of
Zoho Books
or similar accounting software.
Proficiency in
MS Excel / Google Sheets

Understanding of
GST, TDS
, and
basic accounting principles
.
Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
