Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the executive's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of executives.
Support in organizing company events, reviews, and internal meetings.
Assist in tracking tasks, deadlines, and key projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proven experience (1-2 years) as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Time management and problem-solving skills are a must.
