We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Executive
to join our finance team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting compliance and reporting activities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting transactions, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and vendor payments.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and related documentation.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in compliance with applicable laws.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor expense records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Support payroll processing, reimbursements, and other employee financial matters.
Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and vendors for financial processes and audits.
Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
