Job Description

- Accounts Executive



Purpose of Job:

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's financial operations by maintaining accurate accounting records, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and statutory requirements, and facilitating timely financial reporting. The role will also support corporate governance by coordinating internal and external audits, managing official correspondence with regulatory authorities, and preparing insightful MIS reports for the Head of Department (HOD). This position plays a key role in strengthening financial discipline, transparency, and accountability across the organization.

Education Required

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance or Accounting; MBA in Finance preferred

Experience Required

- Minimum 3 years (including 1 year of experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm preferred)

Key Responsibilities



Financial Accounting & Compliance



Execute routine accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and bookkeeping Prepare and reconcile

Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

Manage

GST reconciliation

and ensure adherence to tax filing deadlines and compliance standards Conduct

TDS reconciliation

and maintain comprehensive tax documentation Assist in the

preparation and review of trial balances

, supporting the finalization of accounts Maintain and update records accurately within the organization's

ERP system

Reconcile

PF and ESIC

challans and ensure compliance with labor regulations

Reporting & Audit Coordination



Prepare

MIS reports

and financial summaries for presentation to the

Head of Department

Liaise with

internal and statutory auditors

, ensuring timely availability of accurate documentation Address and resolve audit queries in coordination with internal teams Support the HOD in preparing audit responses, schedules, and required financial analyses

Corporate Correspondence & Communication



Draft formal correspondence to

government departments and statutory bodies

on behalf of the organization Coordinate regulatory submissions and maintain records of all official communications Direct reporting to the

Head of Department

, with opportunities to engage in cross-functional corporate activities Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures related to financial reporting and control

Key skills required



Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and compliance functions, with exposure to audits Strong working knowledge of

accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting

Proficiency in

Tally

,

Microsoft Excel

, and

Wizzapp

or other ERP systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including drafting of official documents Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
