We are looking for a results-driven and client-focused
Account Executive
to manage customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage their accounts effectively.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives, and propose appropriate solutions or services.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
Prepare and deliver presentations on products or services.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
Track account metrics and report on performance.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/client service role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
