About Us:

ZWC Solutions Private Limited is a growing organization committed to sustainability and innovation. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at our head office in Gurugram.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, voucher preparation, and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Process invoices, expense reports, and payment tracking. Assist with monthly financial reporting and audits. Support senior accountants in preparing budgets and financial forecasts. Learn and manage company accounts using Zoho Books accounting software. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors.

Key Requirements:

B. Com graduate with a good understanding of accounting principles. 3 to 6 months of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Basic knowledge of accounting processes (debit/credit, journal entries, ledgers, etc.). Willingness to learn and adapt to Zoho Books software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Willing to work from our head office in Gurugram.
