Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs and present appropriate products or services. Handle the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools. Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (1-3 years preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in [industry name - e.g., SaaS, advertising, finance]. Knowledge of sales performance metrics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
