Mangalam Auto is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated
Accounts Executive
to join our team in Haridwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, payments, receipts)
Prepare invoices and perform bank reconciliations
Ensure accurate GST and TDS calculations and assist in timely filings
Manage accounts receivable and payable
Coordinate with auditors and maintain financial documentation
Assist in monthly financial reporting and budgeting
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field
1-3 years of accounting experience preferred
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting tools
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
