Responsibilities



Communicate with sales prospects and leads developed by the team. Communicating with members of our community about opportunities for them to get value as a member of the community through connecting with other members, and speaking opportunities. Arrange business meetings with prospective sponsors and partners and then closing those deals Conduct research to identify new accounts, markets and customer needs Engagement community members to participate in upcoming events. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Record all communications and sales activity in Zoho CRM Build long-term relationships with new and existing members and partners

Skills



Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Must be an excellent communicator in English. Outgoing personality comfortable talking with almost anyone. Excellent listening skills. Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM) Proficiency in English Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills High integrity BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
